Confidence Man bring summer festival energy to the Northern Hemisphere with the pumping “Feels Like A Different Thing”

Melbourne duo Confidence Man have a new album called TILT coming out on April 1, and have already delivered one world-beating single in “Holiday”, but today they double down with the banging “Feels Like A Different Thing”. They say:

“Feels Like A Different Thing isn’t here to mess around. Two lyrics, one riff, no fuss. It’ll get your blood pumping. It’ll make your ears bleed (in a good way). It’ll steal your car and burn down your house and you’ll still say thanks.”

Just as they say, there’s no beating around the bush on “Feels Like A Different Thing”. From the opening choral chanting of the title you’ll immediately be compelled to throw your hands aloft, as if you’ve been awoken to a warm day in a crowd of dance-ready fiends. From there, Confidence Man throw in a meaty beat and the clang of a classic house piano, leaving you hopping around like a nutter in a muddy festival field. If you’re in the midst of awful winter like me, let Confidence Man infuse some of that Australian heat in your bones and body with this one.
