Chloe Rodgers has been patiently making a name for herself the past year, beginning with her gorgeous debut single, “A Delphian Lullaby” (which we were very pleased to premiere the video for), followed by the equally ambitious, spacey “Faces”, and then “The Algea” and “Coins For Charon”, each showing a new facet of the young songwriter’s talent.
Now, she’s returned with another offering, and she continues to defy definition. Her latest, “Better View”, is worlds apart from her previous tracks, a relaxing, jazzy number, fit for relaxing days in a cafe or a leisurely walk to nowhere.
Speaking on the delightful track, Rodgers shares, “‘Better View’ is a tune I wrote a while back about how I imagine growing old with somebody to be. It really reminds me of this wonderful couple I know, Paul & Caz, who are just perfect for each other. I love the instrumentation in the song and am proud of everyone who played on it. It’s exciting to finally be releasing a song with happier, more upbeat vibes.“
