Trent Reznor to team with David Fincher on The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo

Trent Reznor and David Fincher go way back. You may remember the opening credits to Seven or the highly acclaimed score to The Social Network. Well, it appears like the collaboration will continue to the directors next project, the film adaptation of the best selling novel The Girl With The Dragon Tattoos.

The (former?) Nine Inch Nails frontman revealed that he and Atticus Ross will once again score a major motion picture in an epic NY Times interview in which a few other juicy tidbits came to light. A reissue of The Fragile? Yep. How about a full-length from How To Destroy Angels? Of course. Anything about playing Coachella in April? Not so much, but I’ve heard the rumor that How To Destroy Angels will be there. For now, the singer should just enjoy The Social Network‘s success, which has him up for a Golden Globe. Yes, the man who wanted to “fuck like an animal” is going to be enjoying some red carpets in the near future. And the red will not be blood related. Check out the interview here.
