Although it’s a day or two late, it’s worth posting about the new video from M. Ward, for his track “Me & My Shadow.” If not just for the Conan O’Brien cameo, then surely for the odd take on Bieber-esque lifestyle/fandom, complete with an admirably good Bieber-lookalike, and an America Ferrera-like fan. The track – from this year’s A Wasteland Companion – seems to cast the whole thing in a strange light, or that could just be Amy Sedaris and her laser eyes. Nonetheless, after watching the video I want to get my own pet seahorse and copy of “Songbirdz” magazine. Watch it below.
