Visual artist, designer and musician Scott Hansen always talked about Tycho as if it was some bastardized side-project, despite the rather large cult following around his debut LP Sunrise Projector and various singles after that. But it appears as though Hansen is finally putting all of his energy into Tycho. On November 15th Ghostly will release Dive, his third studio album, and Hansen will take to the road this fall for a tour with a full band. And if “Hours” is any indication, Dive might finally be the breakthrough album that Tycho deserves.
