After a rather rocky 2010 for the US’s premier electronic music festival, Electric Daisy Carnival will be taking their talents to Sin City in 2011, lighting up the Nevada desert June 24th-26th. Swedish House Mafia, David Guetta, and Tiesto are the main headliners, with other huge acts like Bassnecter, Boys Noize, Paul Oakenfold, Infected Mushroom, and Steve Aoki supporting. Some of my personal favorites? Calvin Harris, Dada Life, Drop the Lime, Laidback Luke, and The Bloody Beetroots. Creating a true carnival atmosphere, the festival will feature more than 200 performers, including dancers, fire twirlers, aerialists, and stilt walkers, plus 28 full size carnival rides and attractions that are free for all ticket holders.
