Though not a groundbreaking video, there is something to be said for heart. And having a dog adds a human level to even the strangest of characters, like the Los Angeles, face-paint wearing local heroes The Growlers. Seeming poised to make a big leap to the national stage, The Growlers received positive reviews for this year’s Hot Tropics, but as far as I know are still flying under the radar around America. So if this is an introduction, it could be both perfectly apt or completely misleading at the same time.
