I’ve gushed over last year’s amazing Wetsuit from Minneapolis-by-way-of-Ecuador’s Buffalo Moon far too much. But this week marks a new chapter in the band’s career, with the release of their sophomore album Selva Surreal on Moon Glyph. “Moses Baby” is the second single from the album, a sexy and eclectic dark pop track. Lead singer Karen Freire’s amazing vocal range and the band’s unmistakeable South African style is fully on display on the track, making “Moses Baby” as good a spot as any to dive into Buffalo Moon’s new record.
