You’d think a song us sprightly and uplifitng as Akron/Family’s “Light Emerges” would have a bright and colourful video, but instead they’ve gone for something a little different. The video is filmed on a handheld camera and seems to be shot all in the dark with the smaill camera light illuminating people in close proximity. We get shots of running, skateboarding and balloons amongst other things, which suggests that a good time is being had. It’s a strangely effective video.
