The best description of LA trio Trousdale is “boygenius with better harmonies.” The band’s career is hitting new heights this summer with the July 12 release of the deluxe version of their Out Of My Mind album, which they’re teasing with a live version of “If I’m Honest” recorded at LA’s El Rey Theatre.
Trousdale will kick off their “Still Out Of My Mind” tour at the Bonnaroo festival. The tour also includes dates at the Brooklyn Paramount Theater and The Atlantis in Washington, D.C.
The band shared, “‘If I’m Honest’ has been a real favorite of ours to perform ever since we first wrote it. It marked this cool turning point in our songwriting journey, injecting a whole new vibe into our performances. Taking it on the road live was like throwing the ultimate bash every time we hit the stage. There’s just this electric connection with the audience that makes it feel like one big party.”
All three members of Trousdale – Georgia Greene, Quinn D’Andrea and Lauren Jones – still have vibrant solo careers in addition to the ensemble. Greene’s 2019 song “Good Enough” has gotten nearly one million streams and deserves to be in a blockbuster movie this summer.
