Arabia Mountain is due on June 7th from Vice Records, but at this rate, we might have the whole album before then. Following previously released songs “Modern Art” and “Go Out And Get It,” our third taste of the new album, “New Direction,” again is a little lighter than previous Black Lips’ albums, but the songwriting continues to be remarkably strong. Needless to say, even the most casual of Black Lips fan will be pleased with this cut.
