The Horrors frontman Faris Badwan is a busy man. On July 26th in the US, Badwan and his cohorts will release Skying, the newest album from the UK indie rockers. But he’s also at work with singer/instrumentalist Rachel Zeffira on a project called Cat’s Eyes. Their live cover of Geoff Stephens’ “The Crying Game” is a hauntingly atmospheric ballad, a hollowing take that very well might send shivers up your spine. I mean, it did to me at least.
