Justice reveal sophomore album details

It’s been four years since French electronic duo Justice released their debut album †, and even though that album was loud, energetic and stuffed with replayable hits, the wait for some new material has started to weigh on the minds of fans. Earlier this year we received “Civilization,” a song recorded for an Adidas ad campaign, without a clear message that Justice LP2 was anywhere near completion. Thankfully, our confirmation wasn’t too far off.

In an interview with Pitchfork, Justice have revealed that their second album will be entitled Audio, Video, Disco and will come out on October 25th. The album will be released on French electronic label Ed Banger, as well as Because and Elektra.

An early description of the record calls it “an album that filters 1970s arena rock and prog through Gaspard AugĂ© and Xavier de Rosnay’s sledgehammering electro style,” and the sound is said to be “a lot more rock-oriented.”
