Bonnaroo Line-Up Announced

Keep June 11-14 free, as the 2009 Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival line up has been released, and it definitely does not disappoint. Hot on the heels of his Superbowl performance, the Bonnaroo organisers have secured the Boss with the entire E Street Band as the headline slot, in what is said to be Springsteen’s only North American festival appearance for 2009. To further sweeten the deal, the re-united Phish are confirmed to play two (count ’em), TWO shows.

Bonnaroo seemingly promises to be one of the best festivals of 2009 in terms of non-headlining acts, with the likes of Animal Collective, TV on the Radio, of Montreal, Grizzly Bear, Okkervil River and the Yeah Yeah Yeahs amongst the impressive line-up.

What’s even better is, apparantly the below isn’t even the full line up. Grab a Kleenex before reading on, because you are guaranteed to drool.*

Tickets go on sale via Bonnaroo on Saturday, February 8 at 12:00pm Eastern.

Full line-up after the jump.
