It’s been a crazy busy year for Woodsman. The Brooklyn band released the Rare Forms LP early in 2011, and already have a follow up EP out on Fire Talk. Mystic Places isn’t necessarily an extension of Rare Forms, as the two albums offer different perspectives of the band’s creative energy, but both are great in their own way. “Parallel Minds” is the newest video from Mystic Places, a collection of fuzzy VHS-era screenshots and Woodsman’s typically psychedelic drone. If nothing else, it’s the most relaxing song you’ll hear today.
