Early this week, news broke about the second full-length effort from Neon Indian, titled Era Extraña and slated for a September 13th release on (clears throat) Palomo’s own Static Tongues imprint in conjunction with Mom + Pop Music in North America, Transgressive Records in the United Kingdom and Europe, Pop Frenzy/Inertia in Australia and Big Nothing Records in Japan.
Now, we have a full tour to go along with the album release, which will see both Com Truise and Purity Ring supporting some dates. The venue in Los Angeles is a little smaller than expected, so this may be a more intimate tour before larger touring in 2012. But, that is just speculation and obviously depends on the success of the new album. Either way, check out the list of tourdates below, as well as the album teaser.
