Two thoughts on this song. First, I always thought dreams where you lose your teeth were from issues with your self-image, but now I hear that they have to do with sexual frustration. This video would seem to point to the latter, with themes of anxiety and tension throughout. Second, this song kicks ass live, transforming into a real rocker.
