We have never been shy to mention how much we love our friends at FYF Fest, as they consistently provide us with some of the best concerts in the Los Angeles area. But, with their lineup for their annual festival, they have really outdone themselves by lining up a load of high quality acts including Death From Above 1979, Broken Social Scene, Descendents, Guided By Voices, Girls, Explosions In The Sky, No Age, Four Tet, The Head And The Heart, Simian Mobile Disco, Cults, and many more.
The festival will move from its previous location of LA’s Historic State Park to right Downtown, at 1st and Broadway. This should provide more shade from tall buildings and a cool, urban atmosphere. Best of all, FYF will continue their affordable ticket policy by charging a mere $35 for admission for the September 3rd show. Now, we can’t wait to see if there are any pre-shows and post-fest shows like last year.
