For a band I had never heard of a few months back, Pure X are certainly making an impression with their pre-release, anticipation-building actions. They started by sharing songs that aren’t even on the upcoming album (here and here), both of which were quite excellent, and only now are giving us a taste of Pleasure, which will be released on July 5th on Acéphale.
“Dry Ice” is in the same vein as the previous tracks, taking nostalgic dream pop and adding just the right amount of nightmare. Download it below and look for Pleasure on July 5th.
