For better or worse, Future Island’s ham it up both on record and in live performances, which resulted in an intriguing little record their last time around, titled In Evening Air. On new track “Before The Bridge,” the Baltimore band again gets all Dracula-the-musical sounding, resulting in another catchy, if slightly over-the-top, song. Check out “Before The Bridge” below and look for it as a 7″ on July 19th via Thrill Jockey.
