The Walkmen love water. Which is funny, because if you put an actual walkman in water, it would break. Unless it was a waterproof walkman, which I bet they made back in the day for people who just had to listen to a cassette tape while they swam. Now they don’t even make walkmen at all… I think… That may be untrue…
Before I forget what I was writing about, please note that the band, The Walkmen, have two new music videos centered around water. “Orange Sunday” takes place in the sea, riding the current and diving into the depths. “While I Shovel Snow” is a little more obvious in its setting. We’ll see if the next Walkmen clip takes place in a sauna. Enjoy!
