After premiering stills from their new concert film and seeing them on tour, One Thirty BPM has become quite familiar with The Black Angels and their retro-psych sounds. We have also started smoking salvia, but that was more to be like Miley than to be like The Black Angels. Either way, The Black Angels sound awesome when you’re physically unable to get off the ground.
A good place to pick-up some for yourself could be the Austin Psych Fest, ther fourth annual celebration of trippy music organized by the local band. Check out the initial lineup for the party, to be held over three days, April 29-May 1, at the East Side Drive In. (via The Audio Perv)
