Andrew Bird‘s most current album Noble Beast has been offered in a deluxe packaging with an instrumental album entitled Useless Creatures since 2009, but this October 25th Fat Possum will release Useless Creatures for the first time as a stand-alone CD/LP. And while it’s not Bird’s best work to date, the “ambient experimental album” is certainly worth checking out if you’re at all interesting in crazy violin loops and blissful ambiance.
