Ahh DJ mixes. It’s a love hate relationship, really. Sometimes it’s a window into an artists untapped obsession, other times a pandora’s box of bad “influences.” The Friendly Fires‘ new mix for the long running Bugged Out! series is shaping up to be more of the former, which should come as no surprise because many of the group’s members DJ on their off dates. Featuring tracks by amazing artists such as Bot’Ox, Lindstrom & Christabelle, and Tensnake just to name a few. Entitled Suck My Deck, the mix album will also feature a new Friendly Fires track called “Stay Here,” a collaborative effort with Azari & III. I was a huge fan of their debut album, and hopefully their dance stylings will be showcased beautifully on Suck My Deck. Look for it on Bugged Out!
