Following on from yesterday, when Ryan Adams uploaded his laptop-recorded cover of Vampire Weekend’s “Mansard Roof,” Adams has now posted another Vampire Weekend cover, the song that follows “Mansard Roof” on Vampire Weekend: “Oxford Comma.” Adams says of the cover, “here’s a cover of “Oxford Comma”… by Vampire Weekend, second track on their first record. i am a superfan so forgive me. Had to edit the arrangement to make it work. bye.”
Will Adams go on and cover the whole of Vampire Weekend? Will he do their whole discography? That remains to be seen, but for now you can see his version of “Oxford Comma” below.
