You’d think today was Christmas, and not Valentines Day what with all the songs artist are giving away today (Charlie XCX / Field Music). And here’s another one to add to the pile, in the form an Andrew Bird cover of the Alpha Consumer track “The Crown Salesman.”
The song is set to be released with Bird’s take on The Handsome Family’s “So Much Wine” as part of a Break It Yourself 7″, which is released today and available via your indie retailer. You can head over the Andrew Bird’s Facebook page and grab yourself a listen of “The Crown Salesman”, and should you have a profile on the site (it’s a pretty unknown site, so you probably won’t), then you can download the track too!
