Levi’s have launched a new project wherein they invite artists into their studio to record a ‘Pioneer Session’ which involves them covering a classic song which then is committed to video and tape and made available for free to the public. So far Nas and The Swell Season have been in, but most recently they’ve unvelied She & Him’s session where they covered “Fools Rush In”, one that has been done several times before but was originally recorded by Rube Bloom and Johnny Mercer in 1940.
