Its been something of a tumultuous year for TV on the Radio, but that hasn’t stopped them from relentlessly touring in support of Nine Types of Light. Their latest stop came last night when the band dropped by Jay Leno’s late night show to perform “Second Song,” one of their recent album’s prime cuts.
