The Decemberists have announced their new album, to be entitled The King Is Dead. Judging from the tracklist (which can be seen below) this new album will be a lot less theatrical than their 2008 opus The Hazards Of Love.
Capitol Records will release The King Is Dead on January 18th. Check out the track list for the album below and then download “Down By The Water” at the bottom.
