Clearly, Overcoats like to stay busy. Having just released their sophomore LP, The Fight, last year, the duo are already back for more.
While that album saw them lean fully into alt-pop, their latest EP, Used To Be Scared of the Dark, is more rooted in indie rock, harder edges, and perhaps even catchier songs.
They’re not going it alone. The EP boasts features from Tennis, Middle Kids, and Lawrence Rothman.
The videos for the EP have formed a story, following a couple finding a deep connection at a rave. The latest video, for the project’s title track has just been released. You can check it out below.
