NPR streaming Bob Dylan’s ‘Series 8’ in advance

Over at the National Public Radio website, listeners are able stream the eight installment of Bob Dylan‘s bootleg series a week in advance of the physical release.

The bootleg series consists of rare and unreleased recordings throughout various eras of Dylan’s career. This latest release covers recordings from 1989-2006.

The double-CD titled Tell Tale Signs is out October 7th on Columbia Records, but listeners are able to stream the album in its entirety for free, from now until at least the release date next Tuesday. This release marks the first time that NPR has premiered any album in advance on their website.
