Recently inked to US label Razor & Tie, folky singer-songwriter Kevin Devine has announced a new album to be titled Between the Concrete and Clouds and, in conjunction with that announcement, premiered a new single similarly billed as “The Concrete and The Clouds.” The new album is slated for release on September 13.
