If you haven’t been keeping up, Death Cab For Cutie are releasing a remix EP called Keys and Codes, which features remixes of songs from their latest album by various widely-renowned artists, and they are revealing them one at a time on a weekly basis.
This week’s remix is by Yesayer, who have turned the title track “Codes and Keys” into something a little more tropical. It’s a very nice effort, but I’m not convinced if Ben Gibbard’s vocals work in such sunny surroundings.
