Calling this a “new song” is somewhat cheeky since “Exactly Nothing” will appear as a b-side to the upcoming Days single “Easy,” but since that isn’t out yet and we love anything Real Estate, we thought we’d share this with you. This live performance sounds as good as a studio quality recording, but apparently it’s completely different to the recorded version. Well, all we can say is we love this one, and we hope the recorded version will be just as good. We’ll find out on April 10th when the “Easy” single is released.
Real Estate also dropped the bomb that they hope to have finished writing their next album by the end of the year, so you might as well listen and stay into Real Estate in preparation for LP3.
