King Gizzard, Wilco, Angel Olsen, Arooj Aftab and many more announced for End Of The Road 2023

One of the UK’s finest little festivals, End Of The Road, has revealed its lineup for 2023. King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard, Wilco, Future Islands and Unknown Mortal Orchestra take top billing for the shindig, which runs from 31 August to 3 September at Larmer Tree Gardens in Dorset.

The second row of names on the bill – which hopefully means they will be performing at the festival’s iconic Garden Stage – includes names like Angel Olsen, Arooj Aftab and Greentea Peng.

The BPM favourites keep coming in the poster’s smallprint, with Caroline, Macie Stewart, Oren Ambarchi, Katy Kirby, Divide and Dissolve, Indigo Sparke, Divorce, MF Tomlinson, and many more set to appear.

Festival founder Simon Taffe said:

“This year’s lineup excites me beyond words. I feel so lucky to be able to bring my record collection to life!

“King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard, Future Islands, Angel Olsen, Unknown Mortal Orchestra, Ezra Furman have put on some of my favourite live performances over the years and more recently Arooj Aftab, Greentea Peng and John Francis Flynn have blown me away.

“End of the Road is all about discovery, and I can’t wait to welcome a whole load of amazing new acts that have never played before like Biig Piiig, Flohio, Floodlights, Horse Lords, Infinity Knives & Brain Ennals, Moin, They Hate Change and a lot more!

“As always we will be doing everything we can to make it the best year yet, with plenty of surprises to come …”
