To celebrate the 40th anniversary of Frank Zappa, his family is planning on releasing expanded editions of Lumpy Gravy and We’re Only in It for the Money by combining them into a package called Lumpy Money.
According to Billboard, the expanded package will include two separate mixes of each album, done by Frank himself. Gail Zappa also said that another project will follow this new release and it will contain more unreleased material. For future expanded edition releases, Gail assures us that the other albums will be treated as individuals. Expect a November release date for Lumpy Money.
