Billboard reports that U2’s twelfth studio album, No Line on the Horizon, will be released March 3rd through Interscope.
The Irish juggernaut’s follow-up to 2004’s How to Dismantle an Atomic Bomb was recorded with longtime U2 producers Brian Eno and Daniel Lanois, the duo responsible for some of the band’s most acclaimed work, including 1987’s The Joshua Tree and 1991’s Achtung Baby. Cover art and tracklisting are yet to be announced, but those familiar with the project expect the album to feature the title track, as well as “Moment of Surrender” and “Unknown Caller.”
Following the release of No Line on the Horizon, U2 are expected to hit the road for a world tour, their first since signing a monster deal with LiveNation.
