We’ve all been trying to sit on our hands and not speculate too much about the new album from The Strokes, but it appears the rumours are true. The band’s new album is called Comedown Machine and will be released March 26th via RCA, and above you can see what will most likely be some version of the artwork (I imagine it will be more square upon release). Following “One Way Trigger,” the band will release the single “All The Time” on February 19th. No more details, so for now it would appear that this is it.

Plugging away since 1999, The National finally hit mainstream success with the release of their 2010 album High Violet. Of course, this entailed their first world tour, but in the new documentary Mistaken For Strangers, it’s only the backdrop for the relationship between lead singer Matt Berninger and his younger brother Tom, who had no idea that these short videos he was shooting would turn into a public document of their troubled, if still loving brotherhood.
