Mesita announces new album, releases new sampler EP

Always the busy soul, James Cooley – aka Mesita – has announced that he will be releasing his fourth album next year, on April 3rd. Future Proof will come a full year after The Coyote, which I listened to again the other day, and hey, it’s still as recommendable now as it was upon it’s initial release. Along with the new album release date and title, Cooley has also revealed that the first single from Future Proof will be released on November 1st. Stay tuned for more information.

Along with all this good news, there’s a new Mesita Sampler EP to partake in. The six-song “Fall Sampler” collects tracks from The Coyote, Here’s To Nowhere, Cherry Blossoms, and the Living/Breathing EP. Included is also a fine little number called “Alone Together” which dates back a few years, but is still top notch. Be sure to have a listen and download the EP too, as doing both will cost you nothing.
