The Beastie Boys have always been a fun group. Throughout their career they’ve produced a string of videos that never fail to raise at least a smirk from the viewer. So it’s no surprise that they’ve managed to rope in a whole host of the current Hollywood comedy A-list to help them out with their 30 minute film, Fight For You Right-Revisited, that will premier in the coming weeks in the lead up to the release of their new album Hot Sauce Committee Part Two.
The story as far as I can tell is that you’ve got Will Ferrel, John C. Reilly and Jack Black on one side as the aged Beastie Boys, and you’ve got Danny McBride, Seth Rogen and Elijah Wood as the young Beastie Boys. And the star cameos don’t stop there! Just watch and see how many faces you recognise.
Hot Sauce Committee Part Two will be released on May 3rd.
