September is one hell of a hectic month for releases this year. Amidst them is Blitzen Trapper’s sixth full length album American Goldwing, coming out on Sub Pop on September 13th. It may not be receiving as much hype as some others, but Blitzen Trapper fans will know that we can almost guarantee another album that is at the very least solid, and judging from the first song we heard from it, “American Goldwing,” and this one, it could be really quite excellent.
