LUMP, the team up of British songwriter Laura Marling and Tunng multi-instrumentalist Mike Lindsay, is one of the more intriguing side projects to emerge in recent years. Although it had all the hallmarks of being a curious one-off in the pair’s individual discographies, it appears LUMP’s race is not fully run.
Having dropped some vague hints in recent weeks, they’ve now given us concrete news that something – either a song or, potentially, a full album – will be dropping this week on Wednesday, May 5. You can see the slightly different teasers that were shared to LUMP’s socials below.
