Italians Do It Better favourites Desire recently shared the delectable “Black Latex”, and promised an album this summer called Escape. While there’s still no concrete info when the album might come, they have doubled down on their promise of delivering one with new track and video “Liquid Dreams”.
A brighter and fuller-sounding production than usual Desire tracks, “Liquid Dreams” finds Megan Louise laying it all on the line as she admits “I’m all out of dying for you.” She’s not done yet though, as Desire take this sashaying synth pearl and heighten it with more overt melodies, chiming harmonics and even a noodling synth solo. In the end, there’s no resisting “Liquid Dreams”.
