Since Okkervil River premiered their new song “Wake and Be Fine” on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon a few weeks ago we’ve been left somewhat in the dark on the details about their new album I Am Very Far.
Today we have more information including the album cover – seen above – and the release date which is May 10th through Jagjaguwar.
You can find out more about I Am Very Far in the interesting, if a little evasive, interview with Will Sheff over at Pitchfork, where he describes dream lyrics, hanging out with his grandparents and the difficulties of eleven people playing live in the same room at the same time.
