It seems that last night was the night for bands to play new songs on late night talk shows. In addition to Modest Mouse performing new song ‘Satellite Skin’ on Letterman, Vampire Weekend played ‘White Sky’ on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon.
The new song has been in Vampire Weekend’s live set since last summer and will be on their upcoming sophomore album which lead singer Ezra Koenig informs us will be out “hopefully fall”.
