Austra are a Canadian trio who make electronic pop music with beautiful, almost-operatic female vocals. They have been building a lot of hype since the release of their three-track EP Beat And The Pulse at the tail end of 2010. The band have now been snapped up by Domino Records and will be releasing their debut full-length, entitled Feel It Break on May 17th (16th in the UK). Domino’s press release for Feel It Break claims that the album is “suitable for both ritual incantations and clubs.”
