Jessie Goldsmith’s music has the midtempo magic of Sabrina Carpenter and Carly Pearce. Like those artists’ recent work, Jessie’s new single “Good Run” has hit potential on both the pop and country charts. The song has an ultra-catchy ending that makes you feel like you just ran off a cliff (musically, not literally).
Goldsmith is a musical vagabond who splits time between Zurich, Nashville and L.A. She has indeed had a good run with her last trio of singles, produced by Jordan Lehning (Rodney Crowell, Kacey Musgraves) in Nashville.
“Each relationship, no matter the outcome, is a ‘good run’ in its own way,” says Goldsmith. “Whether it works out or not, each run teaches you something valuable, guiding you to your next path. It’s about embracing the journey, the ups and downs, and knowing that every step forward, even through challenges, leads you to where you’re meant to be. The beauty lies in the experience, the lessons learned, and the growth that comes from each run.”
