San Franciscan psychedelic rockers Sleepy Sun announced that they’ve signed to The End Records for the release of their upcoming third album, following 2010′s Fever, yesterday. The album is as-of-now still untitled and it’s now even recorded yet – the band will be heading into the studio at Rancho De La Luna in Joshua Tree, CA in December with an April release intended for the record.
The band will be recording with Dave Catching (of Eagles of Death Metal and Queens of the Stone Age) and Ethan Allen (engineer at Daniel Lanois’ Kingsway studio), and around the release of the album the band will be heading out on a North American tour in support of it. Sleepy Sun’s third LP will be released on ATP Records in the UK and Europe, just as Fever was.
