Over the weekend we at BPM had the pleasure of seeing Los Campesinos! live, and out of all the songs from their great new album Hello Sadness it was probably “Songs About Your Girlfriend” that received the most frenzied reception, so it makes sense to release it as a single.

Also, since this is Los Campesinos!, it makes perfect sense for them to release the video for this song on Valentine’s Day.

The video finds the band wandering the smuttiest parts of London’s Soho late at night until they find a suitable strip club. Inside they are danced with by strippers who are weaing comically-sized masks of the band members’ faces. Mighty amusing. Watch below.
