Youth Lagoon is a one-man project of Trevor Powers who hails from Boise, Idaho. Powers’ music is abnormally organic sounding for a one-man project, which is probably why he has managed to garner such attention without officially releasing anything.
One of these interested parties was Fat Possum Records who have now signed Youth Lagoon and plan to release his debut album The Year of Hibernation on September 27th. Check out the song “Montana” from it below.
